Smart Cockpit	Designed as a help for real-life pilot training, this site offers loads of easily digested information about popular aircrafts' performance and procedures. Clearly laid out and nicely illustrated. Recommended.
Geoff Butler's Flight School	Useful, step by step, flight lessons for light and heavy metal aircraft, comparing real word and simulator techniques. Plus helicopter, weather, and ATC advice.
Steve's Flight School	Provides easy to understand lessons for the Flight Sim pilot. The primary purpose of the lessons is to quickly learn the basics of navigation and other aspects of flight (e.g. high altitude take-offs).
Daviator.Com	Aircraft design and painting tutorials, forums (covering FSDS, Gmax, sound, gauges etc.). Also has some FSDS source files, aircraft and tutorials to download.
Painting Tutorials	Jim Oates' site carries good, clear tutorials on painting aircraft. Scroll down the front page to find links to other parts of this extensive site. Includes blanks & tools. Somewhat outdated.
HoverSafe Academy	The HoverSafe Academy is dedicated to providing the best quality flying training on the Web for Helo pilots using Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Colin's Flight Simulator Page	A useful site teaching basic navigational radio skills and how to fly right within a matter of minutes, thanks to the illustrated pages. Still the best quick introduction to navigation radios for all versions of MSFS.
The FS2002 Pilot's Assistant	This part of the site of author of the Pilots Assistant Brian Tooby, in association with Tradewind Caribbean Airlines has a really useful collection of FS hints, tips, things to try and links. A wealth of information. Updated for FS2004.
Stoenworks .com	Pilot Hal Stoen's 'must read', illustrated, aviation and flight sim tutorials, including tutorials on various approaches, throttles, navigation, and much more. Also all available with additional content on CD-ROM.
Godzone Virtual Flight	Although this site is also listed under the scenery category, the informative tutorials that it contains on using Gmax to create scenery means it well deserves a separate entry on this page.

Unofficial Airbus Study Site	Designed for real pilots - sim pilots may find some useful downloads. The training focuses on the Airbus A319/320/321 series. Includes Sample Oral Study Guide, Simulator Callouts & Approach Briefing Guide and PC Scenarios and study aids.

FOKKER pilot.net	FOKKERpilot.net is the online resource for all Fokker 70/100 pilots and aviation enthusiasts. It is focussed on providing accurate aircraft and system information and sharing of first hand experiences.
Edin's Manuals	Edin has produced useful, illustrated start-up/flight manuals that you can download for the PPS Airbus and the Aerosoft/Eurowings ATR42-300. Parts of the site are still under construction.
